Users lack the ability to manage roles, permissions, and group structures (e.g., departments) within TeamHub. Additionally, there is no mechanism to grant access to other Sangoma Productivity Apps groupings of users, limiting administrative control and integration capabilities.

Started with an audit of TeamHub’s current user management system for the chat client
Conducted a competitive analysis to explore how similar platforms manage roles and permissions
Defined key user roles and structured user groups based on platform needs
Collaborated with developers to assess feasibility and technical constraints
Worked with the project manager to define requirements and draft the user story
Created preliminary wireframes and reviewed them with the dev team to gauge resources and cost
Proposed a phased implementation plan, prioritizing essential features and rolling out secondary ones strategically
